  1. Any order and subsequent purchase of goods from Lolly’s Sweet Treats Ltd shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree with them, please do not order from us.
  2. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights. If you require more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards (tradingstandards.gov.uk) or Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk).
  3. If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of the course of your business or trade), there are certain terms implied into your contract with us, which we cannot exclude, or limit (for example, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are fit for their purpose)
  4. “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Lolly’s Sweet Treats Ltd.; “You” / “Yours” refers to the Customer.

Sale of Goods

  1. Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Goods from us.
  2. Orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed. We will confirm acceptance of your Order via email. We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled. However, we bear no responsibility for the unavailability of products.
  3. Each product you select ‘Add to basket’ will be added to a shopping basket facility which you will have the opportunity to amend or cancel prior to checking
  4. We accept payment through PayPal.
  5. If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative product or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
  6. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or stop selling any or all goods through the website, either temporarily or permanently and with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of availability.
  7. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranties or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extern permissible by law.
  8. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  1. We select and package our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt. Once again please notify us before returning an item on either 07525372489 or sales@lollyssweets.co.uk.
  2. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain proof of postage to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
  3. To return unwanted or faulty products please contact us by telephone (on 07525372489) or email sales@lollyssweets.co.uk to inform us that you want to return your products. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to: 49 Westbourne Road, Islington, London, N7 8AD. You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
  4. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before dispatch which will be within 72 hours of placing an order. If you decide to cancel your order, and notify us (using this template) before we have dispatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order – if the order has been dispatched then we are unable to accept cancellation of an order. Cancellations are at our sole discretion.

Prices and Payment:

  1. Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities.
  2. In the unlikely event that we mistakenly misprice an item, we will notify you of the error before your payment is processed. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.

Delivery and Carriage:

  1. We will make reasonable endeavors to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your Goods within 3 working days of order receipt; we will contact you if, for any reason, this is not possible. Delivery times may vary.
  2. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and the times specified for delivery are approximate only. We deliver to Mainland UK only. Delivery will be affected by Royal Main Second Class or courier. Postage will be priced as follows:


Standard Second Class Delivery: £3.99

Free Delivery on Orders over £50

  1. We bear no responsibility for failure to deliver products which you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products caused by events beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, floods, fire, civil unrest or accident.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
  3. Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your Order.

In the case of non-delivery, if either Lolly’s Sweet Treats Ltd or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.
